Thompson Bros-Dornoch Distillery
The Thompson brothers have a successful whisky bar in Dornoch where they originally started making their own whisky and gin on site at Dornoch Castle Hotel in Speyside.
In 2016, 250 whisky lovers from around the world were keen to buy the new spirit from the Dornoch distillery. Success followed again in 2017 when the team introduced their new single malt whisky and also launch the Thompson’s Brother’s Organic Highland gin, now available in 11 international markets.
Success had meant they needed to expand into a larger site for storage and distilling space.
